RECURRING SERVICES: Your Statement of Work shall be effective for an undetermined period as of the signing date, unless terminated accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your Statement of Work or unless the you deliver to Creative TRND a written notice of your decision to cancel the Recurring Services at least FORTY-FIVE (45) days prior to the anticipated cancellation date.
